The Founder's Post Real Estate Post (patented) comes in an easy to assemble kit. It includes all the components needed to assemble the post pictured, plus all the hardware necessary to display your sign. Installation is especially easy due to our drive-in stake. Just drive the stake in the ground, slide the post over the stake, and then hang your sign. This product is designed for the real estate agent to install using simply a hammer.
This is my third post I have purchased from Real Estate Posts. I cannot say enough how much I love this product. I have been using my other two posts for over three years now and they still look brand new - even when left out in the rain, snow, hail, etc for months at a time. I recently ordered a new one and three years later, the quality is exactly the same as is the customer service and quick delivery. I even ordered the wrong size post and customer service explained that it was super easy to cut down the post with a saw (which I did and it WAS super easy!). These posts are not that heavy, easy for me to maneuver, and fit in my car with the seats down. The spike that goes into the ground is also easy to hammer and easy to pull up if I hit rocks. I cannot say enough how much I love this product and the customer service team that answers the phones and is happy to help!!
