Standard shipping on real estate post and sign systems is free to the lower 48 states. Accessories and replacement parts do not qualify. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada may incur an additional fee depending on the products ordered. With the exception of Canada, we do not currently ship to international locations. We typically ship products within 1-2 business days from when you place your order.
How We Ship
We ship via FedEx, the United States Postal Service and various freight carriers. Realestateposts.com will use its discretion to choose the most appropriate carrier for the safe and efficient delivery of your order.
Our standard shipping method for most products is FedEx ground shipping. In most cases, you will receive your product within 1-6 business days using ground delivery depending on the zone in which you are located.
We offer Next-Day, 2-Day, and 3-Day shipping for most products. For pricing please call.
P.O. Box Shipping
We cannot ship any of our products to a P.O. Box.
We will notify you via email if your order is unexpectedly delayed. We will send an email that will indicate a new ship date for your order.
You may return most new, unused items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If there were no errors with you order you are required to pay shipping costs to return the item along with a 20% restocking fee.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
